Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Healthy Minds Lincolnshire. We are recruiting to two posts: one covering Grantham and the surrounding area, and one covering Spalding and the surrounding area.
Healthy Minds Lincolnshire supports children and young people aged 0-19 who are presenting with emotional wellbeing or mental health problems, which are of a low level of complexity and/or intensity, by offering a variety of evidence-based interventions. It will also involve providing liaison and consultation to education providers and universal services.
This is advertised as full-time posts operating Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, however other working patterns can be considered and base can be negotiated.
Please note that, as we are currently undergoing service transformation work, this post will be part of a new hybrid team that is bringing together the existing Healthy Minds Lincolnshire (HML) and Mental Health Support Teams (MHST). The name of the hybrid teams/service is to be Healthy Minds Lincolnshire.
Main duties of the job
Healthy Minds Lincolnshire work with children and young people on a variety of emotional wellbeing needs including but not limited to: anxiety, low mood, self-harm, self-esteem, and anger.
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and highly organised individuals with a passion for children and young people's emotional wellbeing to help shape the Hybrid Emotional Wellbeing Service.
You should be able to travel around this large rural county and be able to work flexibly according to the needs of the service. You will need to have knowledge and experience of delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
You will be expected to be familiar with children's safeguarding procedures in Lincolnshire and demonstrate good working relationships with other professionals to enable the provision of holistic care to children, young people and their families.
You should possess a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling, be registered with a professional body and have experience of working therapeutically with Children and Young People.
About us
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provides mental health services and a number of learning disability, autism and social care services in the county of Lincolnshire. Employing around 2,800 staff, and serving a population of over 766,000, our people lie at the heart of everything we do.
You could be part of a Trust rated by staff as one of the best mental health and learning disability trusts in England, in an area heralded as a fantastic place to live and work. We firmly believe the key to high quality care is a contented workforce. This is reflected in our Care Quality Commission rating of 'outstanding' for well-led and 'good' overall. In the most recent National NHS Staff Survey, our staff rated us as the number one trust nationally for staff morale and one of the top scoring NHS Trusts in the Midlands for being compassionate and inclusive. We're really proud of this!
We are also leading the way in transforming care, with multi-million-pound transformation of patient environments and radical redesign of community services.
This is the time to join and help redesign our services of the future. We offer options for flexible working and provide a wide range of training and promotion opportunities in all professions. We support and celebrate diversity, have active staff networks groups and are always looking at what more we can do to support our staff.

Band 8a Specialist Pharmacist - Clinical Pharmacist Educator
University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust View all jobs
Posted 5 hour(s) ago
Reference: 2444676
Job summary
Love the wards but get your biggest buzz from watching someone else's clinical reasoning click into place? This role lets you do both - properly.
We're recruiting a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist - Clinical Practice Educator to join our team at Good Hope Hospital. For 60% of your week, you'll be a lead clinical pharmacist: running the clinical service on your wards, line-managing a team and acting as the site lead for clinical practice education.
The other 40% is dedicated to education. You'll be the Good Hope lead for pharmacy placements with Aston University, shaping how MPharm students experience hospital practice and inspiring the next generation of hospital pharmacists. From undergraduates to trainee and early careers pharmacists, you'll have a real say in how pharmacists are trained here.
Good Hope is easy to reach from central Birmingham by public transport. If you're a confident clinician who wants education to be a defined part of your job, not something squeezed in around it, we'd love to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
Your week splits 60/40: clinical leadership on the wards, and planning and overseeing undergraduate placements and projects on site.
As lead pharmacist, you'll run day-to-day clinical pharmacy services on your wards - screening prescriptions, reconciling medicines, interpreting therapeutic drug levels and, once qualified, prescribing. You'll represent pharmacy to your specialty, drive service developments and line-manage pharmacists, technicians, assistants and trainees.
As Clinical Practice Educator, you'll lead practice-based placements at UHB for Aston University pharmacy students, contribute to placement-linked assessment, help design placement learning with the university and supervise final-year projects. You'll also be a line manager and educational supervisor for early careers pharmacists and mentor to rotational pharmacists.
We're looking for an experienced hospital pharmacist with a postgraduate clinical qualification (or equivalent experience), confidence teaching others and genuine enthusiasm for education.
What you'll get:
*A defined education role with real influence, not a token add-on
*Leadership and line management experience in a supportive clinical team
*Protected learning time built into your working week
*Support toward non-medical prescribing (NMP), if not already qualified
*Health, wellbeing and family benefits, including NHS discounts at retailers, restaurants and leisure facilities
About us
University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust strives to have an inclusive culture where everyone feels like they belong, can thrive, knows that they add value and feels valued. We do this by developing compassionate and culturally competent leaders, being values driven in all that we do and by creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace that thrives on the diversity of our people. As such we want to attract and recruit talented individuals from all backgrounds, and for each of you to feel supported for the diversity you bring, to achieve your full potential. For those staff with a disability, including physical disability, long term health condition, mental health or neurodiverse condition, this also means being committed to making reasonable adjustments needed for you to carry out your role.
