We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and skilled Band 8A Senior Psychologist to join ourwell-established, dynamic and diverse multi-disciplinary Integrated Mental Health Team, which forms part of the wider Health Care Team at HMP Leeds.

HMP Leeds is a busy local Category B prison which holds male prisoners who are both sentenced and remanded.

This role gives you the autonomy to grow your skills in a trauma-informed, recovery-focused service. You will work in challenging secure setting with a diverse mix of patients and complex clinical needs.

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00, or 09:00 - 17:00

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week.

You'll receive an annual salary of £58,025 - £63,300 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job

As a SeniorPsychologist,your responsibilities will vary. You will:

• Offer leadership, consultancy, assessment and interventions, working under the guidance and support of the overseeing Cluster Psychologist.
• Support the Cluster Lead Psychologist in training initiatives, developing clinical materials, group intervention packages, and in service evaluation and general service development.
• Be skilled in applying diverse psychological theories and modalities, in order to provide trauma informed one-to-one intervention, formulation and/or consultation for complex cases.
• Oversee and clinically supervise two Assistant Psychologists in their delivery of low-medium intensity work (both group and individual approaches).

We have an exciting opportunity arisen for a 0.6 WTE Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join the Westminster Community Neuro-rehabilitation Service on a 12-month fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. The postholder will be employed by West London NHS Trust and embedded within the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust interdisciplinary team.

This service provides community neurorehabilitation across Westminster through a range of pathways, including neuro rehabilitation, assessment and advice for people with long term neurological conditions, disability management, support for rapidly progressive neurological conditions, early supported discharge team (ESD) for stroke and the Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation Outreach Service (SNROS).

We are looking for someone with excellent clinical skills, experience of working with neurological conditions, strong multidisciplinary communication skills and an enthusiasm for service development.

This role is located in Camden Learning Disabilities Service (CLDS). CLDS is a fully integrated health and social care multi-disciplinary team for adults with learning disabilities living in the London Borough of Camden (LBC). CLDS is based in LBC premises, but maintains very strong and active links with NLFT (e.g. training, professional development, overarching clinical and professional governance). CLDS also provides health input to the Alexandra Centre (a Further Education college for young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and / or autistic spectrum conditions). This role is a key element of a new GM wide Crisis Care Pathway which is child centered, needs led, responsive, accessible and flexible.

Working across Cheshire and Merseyside, you will provide expert leadership and help to support the delivery of statutory responsibilities including Section 117 aftercare, Mental Health Act requirements, Mental Capacity Act processes and complex commissioning arrangements.

As a visible and credible leader, you will work across organisational boundaries to bring together health, social care, education and provider partners, ensuring services are safe, effective, person-centred and represent value for money. You will lead a highly skilled team, champion innovation and quality improvement, and play a key role in shaping future models of care across a large and ambitious Integrated Care System.

Main duties of the job

• Provide strategic, professional and operational leadership for MH and LD services within the Individual Assessment and Commissioning Team
• Lead and support a team of specialist practitioners, creating a culture of high performance, continuous learning and professional excellence
• Ensure individuals receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time through effective assessment, review, case management and commissioning arrangements.
• Lead on the delivery of statutory responsibilities relating to the Mental Health Act, Section 117 aftercare, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and Court of Protection processes
• Act as a recognised subject matter expert, providing specialist advice and support on complex MH and LD cases across the system.
• Build strong and productive relationships with Local Authorities, NHS providers, Provider Collaboratives, NHS England and wider partners to drive integrated ways of working.
• Lead programmes of transformation and service improvement that enhance quality, patient experience and value for money.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and pathways that support best practice and ensure compliance with national guidance and legislation.
• Champion safeguarding, quality assurance and governance, ensuring risks are identified, managed and acted upon effectively
• Represent the organisation at local, regional and national forums, influencing future developments and sharing best practice across the system.

Both roles involve assessing & formulating treatment plans for young people, risk management and signposting.

You will monitor and evaluate treatment offered to service users adhering to professional & Trust guidelines and using routine outcome measures related to service development and reporting. You must be an excellent communicator, flexible, self motivated and have a willingness to build links with colleagues across team and agencies.

This is a busy multi-disciplinary CAMHS team which includes nurses, psychologists, social workers and psychiatrists. You will have the benefit of being co-located with partner services for children and families. A key focus of the service leadership team will be implementing transformation that ensures timely access to high quality care. Wework closely with our partners in education, children's services and the 3rd sector to achieve the recently developed ambitious Local Transformation Plan for CAMHS services. Job summary

This post is located within a Core CAMHS team in Bury. The role will involve the provision of Clinical Psychology assessment and interventions in to the Core CAMHS service The post will involve casework within the core Tier 3 CAMHS service working with a caseload of young people with complex presentations.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering several models of psychological therapy to this population (e.g. CBT, DBT, EMDR), and will be keen to develop further therapeutic competence (e.g. IPT, MBT).

The post holder will utilise research skills for audit, policy, service development and research. The post holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of psychological practice within the service. They will adhere to Trust policies.

o The post holder will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that high quality individualised care is delivered which ensures safety and a commitment to promoting recovery and wellbeing and maximising independence.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be expected to work in a variety of settings, includinga number of specialist children's services and community settings, including the child and family's home, residential settings and the child's school. Liaison with other agencies will require the post holder to attend meetings in social care, voluntary service settings and Education establishments.

The post holder will be required to transport test materials between work sites and to manipulate test items with speed and accuracy, and work with children who may have severe emotional and behavioral problems.
