You will use appropriate Trust systems to capture, update and validate information, monitor reports, complete assigned tasks within agreed timescales and support the timely escalation of any data quality or pathway issues.
Working both independently and as part of a wider team, you will follow established processes while using your initiative to respond to daily demands. Strong communication skills will be key, as you will work with operational, clinical, booking and patient access teams across multiple specialties to support consistent validation and accurate patient pathway management.
If you are organised, adaptable and motivated by work that supports patient care behind the scenes, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to services across Basildon Hospital and Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.
