10 Hammersmith Broadway is a modern sexual health and HIV centre in West London and we are looking to recruit health care assistants to join the team and service. This role is a rare opportunity to develop skills in both sexual health and HIV.

The main aspects of the role include clinical duties including direct patient care under supervision, assisting the Multi professional team in the delivery of a high standard of care to patients attending for Sexual, Reproductive health and HIV care. Other aspects include housekeeping and administration duties and overseeing the maintenance of a safe environment for both patients and staff.We are looking for an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work with a team in an innovative sexual health setting.In return, you will join a team of friendly skilled experienced doctors, sexual health / HIV nurses, health advisers and admin staff responsible for delivering a high standard of care to patients. We have a full in-house and Multidisciplinary Education programme.

Main duties of the job

This post holder will be part of a team providing high-quality neuro rehabilitation and long-term neuro condition management. You will provide home based neuro-specific therapy as well as utilise on site resources for clinic-based therapy.

Job summary

We are keen to recruit an enthusiastic, forward-thinking pharmacist to work with the Lead Pharmacist for Lakeside Mental Health Unit to continue to develop the clinical pharmacy service within Local Services. The outstanding work to date has been extremely well received, and we are keen to build on that success. The post is rotational, so the candidate will also develop through experience in mental health inpatient services and forensic services.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and a keen interest in mental health who derives satisfaction from providing an outstanding clinical pharmacy service to the service users and from working with colleagues to continue to develop the service. The pharmacist will join a vibrant, expanding team. Building on the excellent pharmacy service with bases in the five main Trust sites, the team includes pharmacists dedicated to the OPMHS teams, CAMHS, perinatal and the Crisis Teams as well as MINT. There is a team focus on growth and development, including Clinical Diplomas, non-medical prescribing qualifications, consultant pharmacist accreditation and writing articles and posters for publication.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will provide an outstanding clinical pharmacy service to the service users who are served by the Local Services located in the borough the pharmacist is allocated to.

This service will include:

• Completing Level 2 Medicines Reconciliations
• Clinical screening of medication charts

We have an exciting opportunity arisen for a 0.6 WTE Band 8a Clinical Psychologist to join the Westminster Community Neuro-rehabilitation Service on a 12-month fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover. The postholder will be employed by West London NHS Trust and embedded within the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust interdisciplinary team.

This service provides community neurorehabilitation across Westminster through a range of pathways, including neuro rehabilitation, assessment and advice for people with long term neurological conditions, disability management, support for rapidly progressive neurological conditions, early supported discharge team (ESD) for stroke and the Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation Outreach Service (SNROS).

We are looking for someone with excellent clinical skills, experience of working with neurological conditions, strong multidisciplinary communication skills and an enthusiasm for service development.

This is a fixed-term post to cover 9-month leave period for the current postholder.

This service is based within the community and provides psychological support for adults referred to Ealing Community Partner (ECP) services who have a range of health conditions. The CAMH Social Worker will support the provision of highly specialist social workservices to young people and their families and/or carers referred to CAMHS. Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are registered with the NMC within our new Specialist Outreach Psychosis Service within the Borough of Ealing. Ealing is mobilising these new services bringing together the existing Community Rehabilitation teams alongside new investment to develop an assertive outreach pathway for service users with complex psychosis who need an assertive approach to engagement as part of their clinical presentation to provide care, treatment and support.

Successful candidates will show knowledge and experience of the clinical processes and treatments that support the care of people experiencing psychosis with complex needs. The post holder will be working in a Specialist Outreach Psychosis Service within the Assertive Outreach Pathway, taking responsibility to assessing, planning and coordinating the care plan and treatment of a defined caseload of service users with complex needs related to psychotic illnesses who are difficult to engage.

The Specialist Outreach Psychosis Service is a multidisciplinary, community-based service responsible for providing on-going holistic assessments, treatment and support to clients with severe and enduring mental illness living in the community. The service will enable patients with severe mental health problems to be supported and cared for in the community in the least restrictive setting through an assertive, personalised and integrated approach to care and treatment.

The service will provide an intensive community-based mental health service delivered in service users' home environments, in the community and in supported living accommodation or other locations agreed with the service user utilising "A whole system approach" to recovery from mental ill health. Job summary

In line with policy to increase the access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support, we are seeking to recruit two graduate level (or equivalent) practitioners to provide CBT based guided self-help and parenting interventions to children and young people. They will be taught to deliver evidence based 1:1 and group interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
