The post holder will interpret clinical and financial data to guide recommendations for prescribing within their specialist area.
The role also contributes to policy development, audit, and service improvement, including supporting the creation and review of medicines optimisation policies, clinical audits, and research activity within the practices. The pharmacist will help develop PGDs and support efficient management of drug expenditure.
