Job summary
IUC/111 Health Advisor Wakefield
If you are looking for a job that makes a difference to our patients, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a health adviser, you are the patients first point of contact, using your skills, alongside specialist computer software, to assess their symptoms and give them the help and reassurance they need.
We can offer a competitive base salary, starting at £25,760 rising to £27,476 after two years (per annum, pro rata for part time employees). In addition, the role attracts enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked in the evenings and weekends.
Due to scope of practice and regulatory obligations, individuals holding active NMC or GMC registration are not eligible for appointment to this role whilst maintaining that registration.
We are currently recruiting for both the Emergency Health Advisor (EHA) and Health Advisor (HA) roles. We appreciate that some candidates may be interested in both roles. However, to ensure a fair and efficient recruitment process, we ask that you select the vacancy that best aligns with your interests and apply for that role only. If you are unsure which role is most suitable, please review the job descriptions carefully before submitting your application and helps us avoid duplicate applications.
