We are committed to supporting flexible working and offer a range of options, including flexible hours, part-time roles, job sharing, and hybrid working. Home working is well supported, with funded equipment provided to help you work comfortably and effectively.
At Sussex Gender Service, we are committed to building a diverse and representative workforce. We recognise that our current team is predominantly White British, and we are actively working to broaden this.
