This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate pharmacy technician seeking to utilise and strengthen their leadership skills. This post-holder will join the existing Clinical Pharmacy Technician Managers in providing leadership and management to the expanding clinical pharmacy team at University Hospitals Tees, to deliver the clinical pharmacy strategy.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy technician with excellent clinical pharmacy, leadership, and management skills. Experience in a team management role in a hospital setting at a Band 6 level or above is essential (please see the Job description and/or person specification for further details).

Excellent teamwork skills are a priority and will contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy services, quality improvement, and innovation within the department, driven by your initiative and enthusiasm. The post involves managing and supervising the duties of senior pharmacy technicians, pharmacy technicians, pre-registration pharmacy technicians and ward ATOs, dispensing assistants and support staff to ensure we are compliant with national guidance and recommendations of our auditors.
